The Bath Business Improvement District (Bath BID) is proud to announce its victory in the BID category of the renowned Britain in Bloom competition. This national gardening initiative, run by the Royal Horticultural Society, celebrates community spirit and environmental excellence across the UK.

Britain in Bloom is a powerful movement that brings people together to enhance local spaces, foster civic pride, and address community challenges through horticulture. Bath BID’s win reflects the dedication of local businesses, volunteers, and partners who have worked tirelessly to make the city bloom.

Allison Herbert, CEO of Bath BID, shared her excitement: “This award is a testament to the creativity, collaboration, and care that our business community brings to Bath every day. We’re thrilled to see their efforts recognised on a national stage and look forward to continuing our work to make Bath a greener, more vibrant place for everyone.”

“[We] were very impressed with community involvement from the town, and there is no doubt that this effective and thriving organisation is well supported by the residents and businesses of Bath. We found little to add in this criteria and it is heartening to see such direct, diverse and positive community inclusion,” said the Judges.
