FIND YOUR FAVOURITE CHARACTERS IN CITY TREASURE TRAIL
A bundle of new children’s books to be won

Our favourite characters have gone shopping in Bath and we want you to find them!

To celebrate Bath Children’s Literature Festival, which runs from Friday 27 September to Sunday 6 October, a treasure trail has been set up  through the city centre. The Bath Children’s Literature Festival has teamed up with Bath BID to get as many people involved in this community fun activity. There are loads of great books to be won.

Families are invited to download a free Treasure Trail sheet and map from or pick one up free from one of the following venues: Bath Central Library, The Forum, Hawkin’s Bazaar, The Guildhall, Paperchase, Waterstones children’s department, Happyology, My Small World, Mr B’s Emporium, Hardy’s Original Sweetshop or the Visitor Information Centre.

Find as many characters as you can in the shops on the map – there are 10 altogether but see if you can find 7. The characters to look out for are Tracy Beaker, Percy the Park Keeper, Elmer the Elephant, Moomintroll, The Gruffalo, Wimpy Kid, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Dennis the Menace, Alien Loves Underpants and Kipper the Dog.

Once you have found as many as you can and written down where you found them,  head to the Bath Box Office at the Visitor Information Centre in Terrace Walk by Sunday 6 October to hand in your map to claim your prize and be entered into a prize draw to win a bundle of books.
