The appearance and presentation of the streets of Bath is very important to the BID and our levy payers.
B&NES council is taking views about how street trading (like the stalls in the picture) should be managed in the future. At present, the legislation suggests that all street trading should ‘enhance’ the city. Do you agree that it does? What would you change if you were in charge. Do you think the stalls are good for your business? Do they bring footfall? Do you notice an improvement in your sales when there is one right outside your premises? Do they add extra colour to the city or are they are an unnecessary intrusion?
