BATH NEEDS YOU – WRAPPERS WANTED

We are looking for friendly, helpful people to support our efforts and raise money this Christmas. The Bath BID will be offering a Luxury Gift Wrapping Station in Milsom Place, Bath, 10-24 December. Expert Christmas wrappers will be on hand to wrap presents for city centre shoppers. This will be free at the point of service with a suggested donation to support the work of Julian House. Could you spare a few hours over the festive season to help wrap? You’ll be ably trained and it is all for a fantastic cause.

From students to seniors, the city is uniting united behind this initiative. The volunteers will learn to wrap presents with Kate Smith of The Makery. Local video production company Suited & Booted will record a ‘how to wrap presents’ video and Bath Riverside-based SteersMcGillanEves have very kindly designed some special wrapping paper which features city centre icons depicted in snowflakes.

Many are donating their time at the Gift Wrapping Station because it is all for a good cause; Julian House, the local homeless charity. Bath residents and workers are known for being generous and charitable. The support for Julian House, the homeless charity, is very strong and Bath BID businesses are keen to support Julian House from a humanitarian as well as a business perspective.
