We are delighted to welcome Roland Russell as our new Operations Manager.
Some of our Levy Payers will already know Roland, who has been working closely with the BID in his role as the B&NES Education and Enforcement Officer.
This new role will give the BID the necessary expertise in the team to ensure all our operations are safe and well-managed. He will also be rolling out the new Safe and Secure Crime Reduction Partnership, bringing radio, internet and physical security services to all BID businesses who wish to participate.
