Bath’s point of difference as a retail destination is the high number of independent shops in the city along with a high level of customer service across all retail sectors. Working with the City of Bath College, the Bath BID supports following initiatives.
- Customer service training days
- The Diploma in Retail Business
- Corporate Social Responsibility within the retail community. Inspiring young people into a retail career through mentoring, workplace talks and tours, and through work experience placements.
