Maeve England, Chair of the Bath BID was delighted to welcome over 40 businesses to the BID’s seventh annual general meeting of the Bath Business Improvement District on Tuesday evening. Tim O’Sullivan the general manager of The Apex Bath City Hotel kindly provided the venue; a vibrant new space for Bath to do business.
Directors invited to the vacancies on the existing Board, included Lucy Drane from Hay; Daniel Slater (Barclays Bank); Roger Morrad (Radiance Wellbeing Limited) as well as the BID’s voluntary member representative, Rob Armstrong-Haworth (Bath Spa University). The refreshed Board is now keen to shape the Bath BID as it moves into 2018. Building on the existing tried and tested BID services, new projects will continue to be developed such as the footfall & sales monitoring, Welcome Programme, seasonal events and promotional campaigns.
