The Bath BID has become a strategic corporate partner of the new Bath Festival. The Festival (May 19-28) has been reinvigorated with a fresh look and feel and rebrand, developing a new multi-arts celebration of Bath. From the 19th May onwards everyone is being encouraged to JUMP IN to 130+ music and literature events attracting:
42,000 ticketed sales at venues throughout the city.
20,000 visitors to Bath’s largest FREE party. Party in the City on 19 May 2017
6,000 spectators at live free performance stages at 5 key locations in the city.
The objective of the new approach is to grow Bath Festival’s appeal to a wider audience, build visitor numbers and support the positioning of Bath as an accessible, contemporary, cultural destination. These aspirations are completely aligned with those of the Bath Business Improvement District, whose purpose it is to enable businesses in Bath to succeed.
